Surat Terbuka Untuk Hatiku #5

Rise and shine! Today is 5 January 2025. I actually couldn't find any motivation to do something. I've done nothing but lazing around today. Maybe because the last day of my holiday.

But worry not, I'll do it one by one. Until I can do it again. I haven't done any meditation so today I will do meditation. I sleep 6 hours so i think it's a good progress. I'm so grateful that I have my family with me.

Today goals will be so simple, I'll do meditation. That's it. And also if i can, I will plan my health goal for this week. That's right.

I hope you write for tomorrow too!
