Rise and shine, Tasya! This is Tasya from 2 January 2025. How's your sleep? Mine was good. I actually track my sleep tonight, and I think i got 6h more sleep. So it's a win for me too.
Today, my plan is to write this and eat healthy while maintaining physical activity. I start this morning as usual. Once I wake up, I immediately start praying, and after that I continue to massage my own body to relieve the aching feeling and tension. I also do some morning stretch for 5 minutes and track it so I can know how much kkal I lost.
I have plan with Nova today to do our KTI since it's 4 days before our school starts. Our holiday will end in 6 January omg. I already plan our meeting to 3 hours, we will have 50 minutes of focusing on task, and 10 minutes rest.
The first session will be reading our material, I think it's a good warm up. We will highlight the noun phrase, and compare it with another materials while also planning and structure it according to our formulation of the problem.
The second session is to revise everything according to our mentor instructions, so yeah i think we will need more time here not gonna lie. The last session will be writing, so it'll be more time to read again, write again and revise everything. I'm flexible. If we ever finished the first session early then we will have our 10 minutes break, and continue to next session by dividing the remaining time in the first session for each session (two and three) and add it to the previous times.
Well, don't I spoil too much? I actually think about making snack for both of us and couldn't decide, but I would want to serve her tea with the sweetness she desire (extra sweet).
I already read my Bible, and also the book I've been trying to finish——Anak kampung mengejar perubahan menuju masyarakat sikka moret epang, Drs. Alexander Longginus. I hope I can write a review text about the book later once i finished. It's fun book actually despite the contains, I think it's eye opener. I also had my fills of breakfast without device intervening. And at this time I want to write this.
I have a lot of things to be grateful for today, but first I'm grateful for still breathing on this earth, I'm thankful for eating such fulfilling breakfast, and I'm glad that I can read my books (bibles and the book that i mentioned). I feel like getting nourished from today's activity hehe.
Yesterday, I do everything I can. I eat, write to monitor what I do, I stretch a lot because i figured I can do it with my apps. It was so helpful. Such a great start for 2025 January if you ask me. I would love to actually write something, but i figured I need constant day to update you see. Let's see if I can decide.
Oh yah, I almost forgot to take a selfie and another photos. I need to take more picture to take up the challange and read another reflection of the Bible I read which Genesis 28 about Yakub, trying to run away from his home and getting reminded not to take Kanaan woman as his wife i think.
